As we are a hotel with ten rooms, we do not have a 24-hour on-site reception. Our reception hours are from 9 AM to 2 PM. Outside of these hours, we are available by phone or WhatsApp until 10 PM, and if needed, a team member can quickly come to the hotel.
No problem, we will send you an entry code for the hotel and leave the keys inside your room. You can provide a copy of your ID or passport the next day.
You do not need to present invoices or any other documents; however, we do require the ID or passports of the reservation holders.
Generally, check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you arrive before the established time, we can give you the keys, make a copy of your ID or passport, and invite you to leave your luggage with us and either enjoy the hotel facilities or take a walk around the old town until your room is ready.

Yes, it is necessary to include all passengers. A passenger is considered any individual who will be staying at the reserved hotel, whether they are a baby, child, or adult.

If you wish to extend your stay once at the destination, contact us, and we will inform you about the hotel’s availability and rate. You will need to pay for the extension of the stay by credit card or cash.

Our delicious continental buffet breakfast includes: boiled eggs, fruit salad, croissants, cereals, muesli, cornflakes, cheese, a variety of hams, tomatoes, jams and butter, fresh orange juice, coffee, and an assortment of teas.
To use this service, at least 2 breakfasts must be consumed within a 3-day period, and they must be reserved 1 week in advance. Breakfast will not be available if not requested beforehand. The hours are from 9 AM to 11 AM, and the cost is 11 euros per person.

We offer airport pickup for 40 euros per transfer and return for 35 euros per transfer (up to 3 people and 4 cabin bags). If you wish to use this service, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Yes, we offer a laundry service every day of the week. Requests are made at reception, and the cost is 10 euros per sorted bag.
We do not offer lunch or dinner services. However, being located in the center of Benalmádena Pueblo, we are surrounded by a wide variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants. We will be happy to give you our recommendations. Guests can order takeout and use our lounge or the dining area in the rooms with kitchens to enjoy their meals.
We would be delighted to help make your loved ones’ experience at the hotel as satisfying as possible. We can leave a bottle of cava or champagne, fruit baskets, bouquets of flowers, a personalized message, decorate the room with balloons and photos you send us, etc. We are open to all kinds of requests that are within our capabilities and will make the person you care about happy. The reception has a printer where you can print both your flight boarding passes and the vouchers or reservation confirmations for your online purchases. The service is free for up to 5 copies.
As a typical Andalusian chalet built in the 1950s, we do not have an elevator. We have rooms from the ground floor up to the second floor. The ground floor rooms are as follows:

Smoking is not allowed. Guests who wish to smoke must do so in designated areas such as the balcony and terrace with the screens partially closed. Each room has a smoke sensor that will activate if guests do not follow the designated rules.
